These terms cover your use of blu-pools.staging.scapely.com, run by Blu Pools, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices and designs

Prices on this site are starting prices. Your real price depends on your yard, your options, permits and the site visit. A price is only final in a signed contract.

Pictures and 3D views show what a pool can look like. Your finished pool may look a little different.

Your account

Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens in it.

Using the site

Do not try to break the site, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. We may close accounts that do.

Our content

The words, photos, logos and designs here belong to Blu Pools or the people who let us use them. Do not copy them without asking.

Limits

We work hard to keep the site right and running, but it is offered as it is. To the extent the law allows, Blu Pools is not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Your signed contract, not this page, covers your pool build.
