Who we are

This website (blu-pools.staging.scapely.com) belongs to Blu Pools, LLC. This page says what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone, address and notes when you send a form, ask for a price, save a pool design or make an account.

What your browser sends: pages you visit, the time, your device and browser type, and a rough location from your internet address. We use this to keep the site working and safe.

Payments go straight to our payment company. We never see or keep your full card number.

How we use it

To answer you, give you prices, build your pool, send papers and invoices, and keep your account working. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for other companies' ads.

Who helps us

We run this site on Scapely, a software service for pool builders. Scapely stores the site and your information for us and may not use it for anything else. Our payment company handles payments. If the law makes us, we share what it requires.

Cookies

We use a few small files (cookies) to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as the law asks us to keep records after that. Then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete what we have about you. To ask, email hello@blupools.example, or call (225) 555-0147, or write to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this page, we change the date at the top. Big changes get a note on our home page.
